We are the creative driving force behind Write Bloody publishing. Over 165 books launched, ebooks, hardcovers. We have amassed a small army of mega-talented designers, proofers, editors and we want to share their talents with the world.

We're Little Book Studio—a small, author-focused design team that believes every independent author deserves professional support without the intimidating price tag or complicated process.

We started Little Book Studio because we saw too many talented authors struggling with the non-writing parts of publishing. Design and formatting shouldn't be a roadblock to getting your book into readers' hands. Writing the book is hard enough!

Our approach is simple: Streamlined templates, clear communication, and a genuine love for helping authors succeed. We keep our process efficient so we can keep our prices accessible, but we never compromise on quality.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a typical project take? Most projects are completed within 2-4 weeks, depending on the service and our current workload. Rush options may be available for an additional fee. We'll give you a specific timeline with your quote.

What file formats do you deliver? We provide print-ready PDFs, e-book files (EPUB/MOBI), and source files when applicable. Everything you need to upload to Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, or your publishing platform of choice.

How does payment work? We require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery. We accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Credit Cards and debit cards.

What if I need revisions? Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions. This means you can review our work twice and request changes. Additional revision rounds are available at an hourly rate if needed. We want you to love the final product!

Do you work with all genres? Yes! But we have mostly done poetry. We exclusively edit and proofread poetry, but can do all other work for all genres.

What if I don't know what I want design-wise? That's what we're here for! Our detailed questionnaire helps us understand your book and genre, and we'll make recommendations based on what works best for your target audience. We'll also show you examples and options.

Can you help with marketing materials too? While our primary focus is book design and author websites, we're happy to discuss additional marketing design needs (bookmarks, social media graphics, etc.) on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer package deals? Yes! If you need multiple services (like cover design + interior layout + website), we can often offer bundled pricing. Just let us know what you need in the contact form.

What if I'm not happy with the final product? We work hard to ensure you love the final result, which is why we include revision rounds and maintain clear communication throughout. If there's an issue, we'll work with you to make it right.

Do you handle the actual uploading to Amazon/IngramSpark? We provide you with all the files you need to upload yourself, along with basic instructions. If you need hands-on help with the technical upload process, we can discuss this as an add-on service.
